The V-fit 05LF is the model up from the 05L, featuring additional features sucj as a squat rack, lat attachment and pec dec, which the 05L doesnt have.

The V-fit 05L is a superb simple weight bench for the home. It is fairly basic with just a bar rest and leg extensions. But has the feature of a 3 position height adjustment.
